If we shipped you the wrong item and it is our fault, or the part is defective, we will pay for return shipping and we will either send you the right part at our expense or we will give you a full refund, unless any of the following applies:.
Returns are only allowed within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be authorized by us , so please contact us to receive a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). We will advise you of the steps to be taken in your particular circumstance. This means no returns are allowed after 30 days, so please check your order when you receive it.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. All packaging must be returned in its entirety to qualify for credit. We reserve the right to determine whether an item was installed or used, and where it is determined that the product is not fit for resale, we reserve the right to refuse a product return. If a part doesn't fit, let us know and return it. Even if there is a defect, please do not take a hammer, welder, or a saw to it. If you do this, it cannot be returned.
If the product return is not due to our error or product defect (you just decide you don't want it) we may accept the return for a full refund without a restocking fee if you just pay the return shipping cost. However, if we ordered in the part especially for you (special order), then a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If any Aquatic AV product is defective in the first 30 days, we'll send you a return label and send you a replacement at no cost to you. After 30 days, there is an excellent manufacturer's warranty up to 2 years after the date of purchasxe.
2. Batteries that carry a manufacturer's warranty can be returned within the warranty period, and we will help take care of the exchange for you.
